But it, Yse it and give your dog health.
I use this toothpaste and short end of toothbrush on my Chihuahua every single night before bed. Her oral health has stopped deteriorating. Prior to this product I used gave her high quality chews, nightly (still do) but tarter & bad breath progressed, anyway. I suggest brushing your dogs teeth as it will significantly lower canine dental bills. My girl has a beautiful healthy mouth, today from this product including breath breath - always & gum recession, redness, gone.

Tastes good, breath smells so much better after!
Our puppy loves this toothpaste. He genuinely gets excited when he sees us putting it onto the toothbrush. He starts to lick it off the brush first and then we gradually start to brush his teeth and gums. We do it every night, and we notice that it significantly improves the smell of his breath. It’s amazing honestly. Glad we found this (recommended by our vet) and we will keep using for sure.

A great toothpaste my cats love and a toothbrush I love
(Please see an update at the end of my review.)I’ve used CET Virbac Toothpaste in the poultry flavor for more than a decade. I’ve never had a cat that didn’t love this flavor. It works well and makes toothbrushing much more tolerable for cats like mine who are used to having their teeth brushed. CET Virbac is a brand that many vets sell and recommend to clients, which is why I first started using its toothpaste and toothbrushes with my own cats. I would have a very hard time brushing their teeth without the help of this toothpaste!I have never liked silicone finger brushes, or any brush with silicone bristles, so I have no use for the finger toothbrush that’s included in this kit.The dual-head toothbrush in the kit, on the other hand, is one of my favorites for my cats’ teeth. I only use the smaller, compact side of the toothbrush for my cats’ little mouths. It’s very soft and has a low-profile that allows it to fit in the small space between a cat’s cheek and gums.Unfortunately, I haven’t yet found what I would call a ‘perfect’ cat toothbrush, and I think I’ve tried almost everything. Right now, I’m using two different toothbrushes on each of my cats to get the job done, this brush and the Nyanko Mind Up Cat Toothbrush, also sold on Amazon, which is quite tiny and allows me to get to areas in their mouths that I can’t quite reach with the CET Virbac brush.I’d tell anyone who might ask that brushing a pet’s teeth regularly really is worth the effort (for me it is, anyway). I would not recommend brushing an adult pet’s teeth without first having its mouth checked by a vet, though. Brushing could cause pain or even do some damage if there’s an existing dental issue. So please first check with your vet and get the go ahead before you start brushing. You can also get some great tips from your vet to make toothbrushing work for both you and your pet. Nobody has to get hurt, including the person doing the brushing! After checking with your vet, I think you’ll find CET Virbac products incredibly useful like I have for so many years. 🐱Update: After writing my review I opened a recent purchase of one of these toothbrush and toothpaste kits. At a glance, everything looks identical. Sadly, the toothbrush has changed. The new toothbrush's bristles aren't as soft. I found the bristles to be a little too firm for my cat's mouth. So although I continue to use CET Virbac's poultry flavor toothpaste, I've stopped using the toothbrush that comes with this kit. I still use the Nyanko Mind Up Cat toothbrushes I mentioned in my original review, but I've replaced CET Virbac toothbrushes with Colgate Kids My First Toothbrush for babies 0-2 years. The bristles are soft and can be softened even more by soaking the head of the toothbrush for 30 seconds in a cup of hot water.CET Virbac, please go back to using the same soft bristles in your dual-head toothbrush that your customers loved!

Great for cats ( you won’t believe me, but it is)
I have had cats my entire adult life. With each generation of cats, they were sent home from the shelter, or visited by their first vet, with cat toothpaste and a toothbrush. On this third generation, I have finally found a cat who will chew the toothbrush with the toothpaste on it. The other cat will lick up the toothpaste. Every other attempt to brush the cats’ teeth, or even get them to eat more than a tiny lick of the toothpaste (which I think was always fish flavor) was eventually met with throwing the kit in the trash. Our vet told us that one of our cats has gingivitis between a back tooth. We had been giving them greenies, but only one cat will chew them. Of course, the cat who has gingivitis is the one who swallows them whole. To my delight, I found that if I put the toothpaste on the toothbrush, she will just start chewing the toothbrush. I don’t know if I am moving it around in our mouth in such a way that it gets behind that back tooth, but it is certainly brushing some of her teeth, and getting toothpaste in her. Somebody posted a review of a cat chopping away on the toothbrush with toothpaste on it, and this is exactly what my cat does. I was very surprised, as we had had zero luck with cat teeth cleaning in the past, and always had to take them in for extremely expensive cleaning procedures at the vet. This was also the first generation of cats in which our vet told us when they first came to us as tiny kittens to give them feline greenies for dental care as a treat. She also told us to constantly touch their paws, so we would have no problems cutting their claws when they got older. it’s unrelated, but I figured I would share that tip here because it’s one of the tips that worked out so well for us. I suspect if I were little gobbler, can’t bothered to chew the greenies, she wouldn’t have gingivitis, just like her brother, doesn’t. if you can start your kitties on a regimen of feline greenies for dental care, and brushing their teeth with the stuff, I imagine it will do a lot to protect their teeth. Get the chicken flavor!
