Excellent Machine
I have been using this laptop for a month now. So far, no issues observed. Its cool, compact and light to carry. Battery life is enormous which can easily keep the machine alive for 10+ hours even with continuous use. The touchpad - number pad becomes very handy when need to input the numbers. My eyes were used to look at a 15.6" screen, but, the awesome display of this laptop did the magic to adopt myself to such a screen size.Only con is the relatively smaller SHIFT key on the right hand side. Takes time to get used to this keyboard, but nothing major.

Good but..
The size is really small. Its good if you travel a lot, but i will recommend 14 inches variant, as its a perfect balance of usability and portability.

Fast, fluid and zen like...
Everyone is complaining that this notebook is not providing DDR4 RAM, no 4K resolution etcetera.... But, this is the best buy in price bracket under 72k... This offers a 256GB compared to segment competitors which provide 128gb...plus this has an NVME SSD which is both fast and fluid. Happy with purchase.Compact A4 size notebook.I was planning to switch to mac book air but the 2017 model with i5 5th gen and huge bezels held me back. Heard that 2018 model had some problem with the butterfly keyboard. Also feared switching to mac due to restrictions. Perfect laptop for my need. Very beautiful and slim, with narrow bezels even at top. Looks like it is from the future

Faulty Freezing Trackpad
The media could not be loaded. Faulty Trackpad : received on 17th June ,2020 . First look of Laptop is Amazing but what to do with Freezing of Cursor Trackpad randomly . The cursor stopped responding 5-6 times in just 3 days of purchasing , Customer Service is saying that if problem is proved then they will replace but no option of returning the product as per terms and conditions . Very Upset with My Purchasing Decision on this one.

Don not buy this product
This laptop is vary handy. But when I purchased it one face id sensor was not working. Camera and touchpad also not working well, overall performance was very good and smooth except these problem. I was in trouble when I purchased the laptop because I was expecting something great although if you want to buy then buy something which won't trouble you in the future also the Asus service also not good they told me that to take this laptop to service center we will not able to pick the laptop, why to buy laptop if they are not able to give good service....!!!

My overall rating is 3.8/5
1) The build quality and design is awesome and upto expectations.2) The trackpad is small and touch is not working at the top of the trackpad. And its difficult to use.3) Voice recognition is so poor.4) Face unlock is good and even works during low light.5) The fingerprints on the top of laptop gets fixed when you try to open the laptop everytime.6) Sound quality is good but needs more volume.7) Battery life is good with average of 4-5hrs.8) For this budget they should have given ms office and antivirus for free. They gave a trial pack for 29days.9) If you are a multitasker better use a separate mouse and keyboard for better use.10) Instead of numpad inside the trackpad, fingerprint unlock could be a better option.
