Poor Quality Control - Faulty Item
The printer started clicking after I installed the new drum and the cartidge would not come out. I spent almost 6 hours dismantling my printer to get it out. Root cause appears to be blotches of glue preventing the roller from turning, causing the printer to jam. I'm sure this is not typical for the seller, however poor quality control cost me a lot of time. Also, appears to be a refurbished item but this was not mentioned in the listing.
