These herbs are super heart coherent for me, my body loves them and my yoni responds well. I’ve only used once but it was affective and will be part of my monthly routine during follicular phase.

I have never yoni steamed before, so not sure if I did the process correctly. I did not use the amount of herbs the package instructions called for, it seemed to be an excessive amount of herbs/water for my electric steamer which holds about 1-2 cups water. Not sure if I noticed any results but the dry herbs smell delicious.
