Great Little Headset, use for work, like the charging station convient place to keep the head set to hand and always charge, decent sound quality

Due to the joys of the pandemic and extended increasingly drunken conversations with friends, a Bluetooth headset is a boon in being able to move around freely.Basically the headset works fine. Sometimes it takes a while to pair, but once it does the (mono) voice quality is reasonably clear, the range of around 10m is accurate, the headset is comfortable, and the battery life from 4-5 hours of constant conversation only consumes around 20% of battery. The first time I used it the speaker cushion fell off, but this was easily re-attached.As another reviewer notes, you need to be careful to ensure the headset is properly placed back in the dock to recharge it, but once in there it's hassle free.A friend notes that it was clearer to listen to than my phone so I'm counting this as a win. Not perfect, but for the price you can't really go wrong.

Very comfortable and easy to pair to two devices at once, so I can listen to audio on my pc and still be connected to my phone for calls .

Product arrived and was unfortunately defective. I cannot fault the customer service of this seller. A new replacement device was sent and reached me within 3/4 days of notifying the seller. This was the second device I had purchased within a few weeks (1 was a gift to someone else). The other device is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend the device and the seller

I really liked this headset when it arrived, a wireless headset with excellent sound for a modest price was exactly what i was looking for.I bought this in June/July 2021, working from home, I'm on anywhere between 0 - 5 calls per day, when I'm not on a call, i leave the headset nestled in it's charging cradle. Fast forward to January 2022, and I started experiencing issues with the headband, eventually not being able to comfortably wear it.I would say my use over the past 6+ months has been fairly moderate and I expected this headset to wear better than it did.***UPDATE Feb 2022***Customer service has been outstanding, could not do enough to resolve the issue I was experiencing with the headset. Hoping the issue I experienced was an isolated incident, but would buy from seller again purely based on the customer service & courtesy they showed to me.Happy customer!

I purchased this headset on the 1st of April last year. It stopped working in February and despite the promise of a 24 month warranty, I have had no response from the seller despite having emailed. The quality of sound and comfort is great but with light use, I would expect it to last longer. The button on the earpiece to terminate calls would not work and it would not charge as I think the on off button was also faulty. Not happy at customer service as I have not even had the courteousy of a reply.

This is easy to install & use. It’s comfortable to wear. However I think the sound quality could be better.

It's an upgrade from my previous headset. Good comms from the seller too.
