Worked well and drilled a 24 inch hole in my concrete lantern. Now I have LED lights!

Not 24โ
Not 24โ shy of 24โ even with the shank. Will drill about 16-17โ if you actually need a bit to do 24โ then you need to add 6โ to the depth you need.

Drilled one hole and the end is already melted off save your money go with a Bosch or a Makita
Drilled one hole through a brick that was connected to a concrete block could not get drill bit to go all the way through change to a Bosch bit Bosch bit went right through all layers check the tip of this bit after approximately halfway through a red brick the tip was melted off and I know it wasn't too much RPM because it was from a battery operated hammer drill
