If I could give this a 31/2 stars, I would. I actually like this more of a massage tool for myself and my clients but with some Cons: First of all, it's light weight and plastic. I prefer metal or at least a heavier roller. Pro: It is big but as a body massager it's perfect. If you know how to use the roller in right directions, it's amazing and really helps break up tension, congestion in muscles and lymphatic drainage. Secondly: Since it's plastic, the rollers (at least mine does) creak when I'm using it. When washing/sanitizing them, you have to let them dry (balls up X-D) so as to keep the water from staying inside the rollers. I learned the hard way and went to use it and water came out from the rollers. Drying this way prevents that. If you want a more aggressive massage that rolls the skin (another reviewer mentioned this and viewed it as a negative) and know how to massage this way, it's awesome. For less aggressive and less skin rolling, you can use any Icy Hot (or any products of the like) or a tiny amount of body oil/gel/lotion to get a real soothing massage. That being said, I'm looking for another one that has more weight and is of better quality or at least a quieter one. I will still use it but as a back up or to use two at once on the back or legs for cross-friction massaging.

It will NOT charge. I left it in the window for a week and nothing… I’ve been rolling it manually on my face. It’s not uncomfortable or anything, it’s just annoying and not what I paid for.

This particular roller is better suited as a massage tool (though you can technically use it on your face.)If you're looking for a multi-purpose roller, this might be a good option but I'd look for something a little smaller if you want something specifically for your face.It seems well-made and sturdy--I just wish it wasn't so large.
