MUTTLUKS, Reversible Dog Snowsuit with 4-Legged Protection for Winter and Cold Weather

The media could not be loaded.  Well made and durable. Great coverage especially when paired with Muttluk boots. Her legs will stay dry and snow klinker free. Yes, the legs are longer than typical jackets, but that is exactly what this miniature poodle needs. I carefully measured chest and neck and followed the recommendations and it fit perfectly. If in-between sizes in the guide, order up. UPDATE: This suit is a life saver! We are finishing up Week 2 of deep snow and -20 degree F temps. Our little pup still gets plenty of exercise outside safely. She tunnels and plays in the snow and stays warm and sorta dry.

Thank goodness that I ordered a 26, the largest size available for my Austrailian Labradoodle. She is a small standard doodle, only 48 lbs and she was 24 inches from collar to tail and I wasn't sure if I was measuring from the right spots so I went for the larger size. It could be a little looser, she kinda walked like a robot in it, I don't know that Wilma will be frolicking in the snow in it. It could be looser around the front legs and chest, but I hate cleaning little snowballs off her fur, so she is just going to have to get used to it. 4 stars for the great construction, color and the fact that it is reversible, but dropped a star since I think it runs a bit small

Great suit. Great price. I’ve bought a few over the years and this one seems likely to be the warmest and most durable but the girth sizing is way off. 14” Length was perfect but the suit was way to tight on my slender Rat Terrier. Definitely go up a size. I had to return.

I wish they came in "deep chested," like some of their other products. The 12 is too small and the 14 is too big for my 14 lb. Boston terrior. Also, if you have a BT and haven't thought about it, there is no tail to hold the back end of the suit away from the "business", so it might get a little messy. (I obviously didn't try that out, and returned it with no problem.) Oh--and also, I ordered a red and blue suit and got a yellow and black one--it had been mislabeled in the warehouse and apparently Amazon's abused workers didn't have the ordered color to compare it to. But it's a good coat. You should get it, if you don't have a Boston Terrier.

Size guide is vary vague with this product. The length (which they use here), does not match all dogs width ratio. I ended up having to get 4 sizes larger to fit my dog. It ended up hanging off her tail a little bit more, but the width was much better. It seems pretty durable and warm, but comfort with the fit is pretty poor. I ended up returning the one I bought and got another one with that bigger size. It still is snug but she is able to still walk around and stay warm.

I chose four stars because the "I like it" rating fits, even if my dog is not thrilled. At first examination, there's no way not to be impressed by this snow suit! It is a one-piece outfit that closes with a wide, well-sewn strip of velcro across the back. It is VERY well-made and looks pretty warm and durable-- just what my little dog (a 9 lb dachshund / chihuahua / terrier mix) needs in a northern climate.The problem is, the little dog won't wear it. At all. The outfit's biggest flaw is that it requires slipping all four paws into it before you can secure the back; I'm sure this is fine for dogs that are used to wearing things, but mine won't let me get two paws in at once, on either end. Ideally, this would work better if the back was solid, with the chest and the legs secured using velcro, so that it could be laid on the dog's back and then drawn around the animal's limbs. I like the concept. It's the execution that could use a little work. I've considered taking this to someone and having it re-sewn with more velcro, open at the underbelly rather than the back, because it really is a great item. Just not as-is.

I loved this snow suit, but, it did not fit my dog! I have a 71-lb Pitbull Mix and she has a big chest, so, even though I used the size chart provided, the suit was still to snug for her. I would have loved to have kept it, very warm, well made, covered her legs well.

Excellent quality, but just way way way too stiff for a small dog. My 7 lb yorkie wasn’t strong enough to really move in the fabric. Would likely work nicely for medium-large dogs.

Nicely made snowsuit, very warm and good material. However the sizing it off, it fits very large in the chest and long in the legs. It’s also a bit stiff.

My dog wears this suit nicely. It plays normally with other dogs at the dog park. So far, there are no tears and the suit is in perfect condition. I would recommend it to other dog owners!

This coat seems like great quality and it fit my pup perfectly! EXCEPT under this from legs. The holes are too small so it’s restraining for him to walk.I’m going to try to open it up and make the front leg holes bigger so he can walk properly. Disappointed in this one part especially as my dog is tall and thin so if you have a thicker pup it’ll be a real issue.

Snowsuit together with bootees (Mutluks) have us playing outside in winter and walking for longer periods of time than it would be possible without them. Finally we can enjoy our Canadian winters!

Fits well. Nice and snuggly warm but built for an active dog. Fits as expected and love the reversible style - great idea!
