FANTASTIC FUEL FOR MY RUNS
SOS hydration is gold to my running routine! I'm training for an ultra 50k and SOS gives me the extra hydration and boost I need on my long runs! I love the coconut flavour and the citrus!! They are at the top with my other faves!! I don't leave the house for a race or run without SOS in my soft flask! Thanks so much sos great product!

Tastes awful
This stuff tastes terrible. I’m not gonna come in on the hydration quality because I’m not sure that even works either but definitely not buying again.

Great product once you get used to the taste
The taste is a little awkward, but it did the trick! I used it all weekend at a wedding rehearsal and the wedding itself. Great product once you get used to the taste! You can even add it to a lemonade made from a packet (Crystal Light Naturals, etc) which hides any weird aftertaste for the most part.

Probably not intended use, but...
I was introduced to SOS by a friend at a backyard BBQ after a long night out. At first, the saltiness of the flavor was a unique experience but I definitely enjoy it. Though marketed primary towards athletes and those with active lifestyles, I can say with confidence that the product also works extremely well when taken before going to bed to mitigate the effects of drinking alcohol. I notice a huge improvement the next morning versus drinking just plain water. While certainly not a miracle cure when compared to limiting your alcoholic intake, there is a noticeable improvement with having a pouch mixed in with a 24oz shaker bottle before bed and another after waking up. Life saver!

Better than Gatorade
The first initial tastes kind of salty but immediately afterwards it goes away and you can barely taste anything. I love it because it has low sugar but great for hot summer days. I'm a runner and use it in a more concentrated form on race day.

It Works, but the taste can be hard to handle
It works really well, and some people in my family dislike the taste. I have to say pedialyte tastes far more disgusting to me, I can't drink it at all. So for me SOS tastes ok and does the job of rehydrating very well.

Perfect for GA summer running
I run a lot and I have tried several hydration products. This one is my favorite. It’s not sweet and immediately begins to make me feel better after a long, humid run.
