I love it - would recommend
Had this chair for about 6 months and still feels great. I got the EX because I wanted a gas cylinder to handle ~300lb+. I am 240 lb and this thing is sturdy! For the last 2 months (Covid-19), I have sat on this chair for over 8 hours a day 7 days a week for both work and play. My only critique is that because this product has a larger weight limit than most similar products, it seems also intended for taller people. I am 5'10" and have this chair as low as it will go. My feet sit flat and comfortably on the ground, but it makes me uncomfortable that I cannot go lower if I wanted to, but that just a personal thing.I think when I was doing research I saw people say that the pads were too firm, but I think the padding is perfect. It isn't leather down padding, but not a metal chair either. A big feature for me when I was shopping was adjustable armrests and this chair provides the right amount of customization to find a perfect position. I keep the headrest on all the time, but putting on and taking off the lumbar is easy. I leave the lumbar pad connected to the chair at all times and put the lumbar support on the back of the chair when it's not in use. I also liked the embroidery stitching of the logos as well as the design itself.Would recommend.

Comfortable but...
The gas lift fell through the base of the chair and can't be removed. The defect damages the mat the chair sets on. This problem happened after having the chair for six months,

Fantastic purchase
Fantastic chair. It's exactly what I needed especially now that I'm working from home for what looks like an indefinite period. Supports my posture and has a sturdy build that I feel okay sinking my butt into. The material is also great, however it does tend to pick up dust and dirt. It's important to remember that having proper support for a desk chair means it cannot feel like you're sitting on a pillow. This chair IS comfortable, however if you're not used to having proper seating while doing office work or even gaming, then this chair might, quite literally, feel like a disappointment at first. ("Breaking it in" also takes a bit of time.) But being a pillow is now what this chair is designed to do. It's designed to reinforce good posture while being as unrestrictive about it as possible. And it does that well. This is a truly worthwhile purchase and I have no regrets.PROS+ Overall strong and sturdy build, fantastic quality.+ Emphasizes good posture without any effort from you.+ Slick racing aesthetic still present despite the chair's ergonomic priorities.CONS- The arm rests are comfortable but the plastic pieces have a light wobble with an audible "clicking," and there's no way to just screw them to be sturdier.- It's not designed for it, but you can't rock back and forth so much. I know that will be a detriment to some people but not a huge deal for me.- The cloth material is a great change of pace from the typical leather in other gaming chairs because it breathes a lot better in hotter temperatures. (You won't sweat as much.) That said, it does easily pick up dirt even if your house isn't that dirty. I don't have a pet but some YouTube reviews have noted that the chair is a dog and cat hair magnet.- Assembly isn't HARD and I was able to do it on my own just fine in 25-30 minutes. However the instructions aren't the most helpful, and I definitely had to unscrew and redo one or two steps just because I didn't get it right the first time.- This is purely a problem just for me but my desk is a little high (with an annoyingly low space for my legs to rest under) and the arm rests don't go as high as I'd like them to. I could adjust the seat higher, but then I wouldn't be able to sit in all the way. This won't be an issue for most people, I just have an annoying desk.I know there are more cons than pros but they're nitpicks. This is a great chair, especially for its mid-range price. Excited to spend every day working on it.

What a difference! Great chair, just don't mash your fingers by mistake like me! lol
After spending quite a bit of time researching a new chair I decided upon this one. It is moderately priced in the middle of the ones I was finding.I was getting a new chair to replace the one I was using as the lumbar support on the bottom of the back is divided into two sections and begins to cause back pain after a few hours spent in it. This itself was disappointing as it was a $400+ chair - another reason I did not want to break the bank this go.This chair has been a great replacement so far. I've spent many hours in it within the few weeks I've had it between gaming and working from home and haven't felt any discomfort at all. I went with the camo option, I don't like the chair made from the PU leather in general. Upon arrival I was not disappointed - the stitching is very nice, the cushion is firm but comfortable and the back of it is pretty high which is great and fits me well as I'm 6'1". You are able to recline super far back without tipping over. It comes with two pillows as well, one for a head/neck rest which is awesome, the other for additional lumbar support but I found myself not needing it.add all this to Amazon's super fast delivery and I'm a happy camper.the ONE con I have found so far is with the adjustable arm rest. I love that they are adjustable however at times when I go to scoot my chair up while sitting and holding the arms the arms will slide forward and smash my fingers between the top of the arm and the button used to adjust the height of them.

Not suitable for long hour use.
We purchased three (3) chairs over time which have been used for more than 12 months. Users are between 6ft-6.6ft tall. Every user experienced a disturbing blood flow issue in their legs after 15 - 30 minutes. The problem of the design is obvious in hindsight (for example no horizon chair adjustment option). The material quality of the chair is great but don’t forget to order a grandma seat cushion too. We will not purchase another chair with this design.

Not good as expected.
The likes, looks great, nice reclining feature, sturdy build on the most part, but not all. What I don't like, even though it reclines it is not close enough to the floor to enjoy the feature, you feet are hanging. The back, and seat are stiff, and hard in places on the body. The sturdiness seems to end with the chair seat, and back, the arms, and hard flat armrest are loose, and I always fear they will break off. At the cost of the chair I expected much better, and especially something more comfortable for gaming.

Worth EVERY penny
This chair is absolutely fantastic and doesn't break the bank - especially if you look at how much these things can set you back. We bought this to replace our existing office chair that had begun to bend and squeak, but was concerned about assembling something that was delivered. 6 easy steps later, the new Nitro was looking absolutely stunning in vibrant orange. Our office can get a little hot with the door closed and the PC working on overtime, so the benefit of having a material covered chair prevents that sticking feeling after sitting down for long periods of time was something that we didn't even think about when purchasing! The lower lumbar support cushion is great for my poor posture - it really makes it easy to sit into the back of the chair, and it puts a big smile on my face when adjusting the lever to get the exact position required. I like to take breaks from gaming to watch Netflix and find the comfort levels so high that I end up doing this from my PC instead of migrating to the sofa! Adjustable arm rests are also an amazing invention...If you haven't ever invested in a gaming chair - buy this one. The problem with pulling the trigger on these things is that there is always something else to buy or upgrade. Wish we bought this a lot sooner, because the difference between this and a normal office standard chair is staggering. Amazing chair, amazing value, stellar looks.

Nice detailing but flawed after use.
Good delivery on time, received today, Well packaged, methodical assembly in about 20-30 mins including unpacking with easy to understand guide and a Alan key/screwdriver tool provided. This is a heavy item and seems well constructed.Arm rests are fully adjustable and the plastic tops have soft cushioning. Material on seat seems good quality. So on first impressions all very good. But a hole then developed in seat a few months later worn through by a metal barb protruding out from the seat so I had to down grade my review to keep it honest, Shame as it seemed a good seat, hopefully they will or have resolved this issue.

Broken by Design - Nach einem Jahr Schrott.

Uncomfortable for long periods, centre post slowly sinks
I've had this chair for a year now (purchased Sept 2019). When I first got it, it was fine, but I didn't spend that much time at my desk at the time. Now with Covid and working from home over the last few months I've finally had a chance to put it through some real use, and oh-boy what a let down this chair is.First, the seat is firm with very little give. I'm a bigger guy, so after an hour or two this left me squirming and with a really sore back/tailbone. Only after spending about $150 on a decent seat cushion has it become bearable.Second is the centre post that connects the seat to the casters. It's supposed to wedge in place, but since there's nothing to hold it in place it slowly sinks over time until the post is touching and scraping up your floors. I thought it was the casters themselves at first so I ordered a new set of 3.5" casters to replace them, and although they were great at first, naturally the centre post just kept sinking so now I'm back to square one again. All in all, don't spend your money on this thing. It's not worth the headache.
