Q: Can the size of the cut be adjustable? For example, can it cut bigger cards to end up with 8 on a sheet instead of 10?

No. the size of the cut is not adjustable.

Q: Can you use regular us size 8.5"x11" card stock on this machine and get 2"x3.5" cards out?

No. The top guides are probably for A4 (or some other) paper which is a little larger. You have to guess or add something extra to help guide the paper in or it pulls in crooked and none of the cards are straight. I cut about 10 sheets of card stock and the stack was nowhere near straight. I’ve sent a request to get a refund but they say it cost too much for shipping. They told me they would give me some ear buds if I just keep it. Well, $169 down the drain if there is no resolve.

DOES NOT WORK!

The item did not work like it was supposed to work. I returned it in the same shape I got it and the seller claimed it was not returned the same and refused to give me my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!
