Really Works
I've suffered from IBS and constipation my entire life. Going 4-7 days without a b.m was normal for me. I would need to take powerful laxatives for relief and always felt low grade sick.This product has allowed me to use the restroom daily! It really is amazing and I feel so much healthier. I am so glad I found this product and gave it a try.The only downside is the artificial sweetener causes me bloating, which is a bummer but the benefits outweigh the drawbacks for sure.

Works well and tastes pretty good.
I drink this after dinner just once a day when I remember and it helps so I don’t get constipated. It dissolves easily in water and I drink it fast so it goes down well.

First supplement
Honestly, of every supplement I have ever bought this is honestly the first one I’ve noticed a significant difference in my health. At 50+ I had my first colonoscopy. There was mild diverticulosis so I decided to try to get some added fiber. Now the gross part, I can’t believe a poop can be this good and it took 50 years for me to find out. No other supplement has had any impact like this.
