100% Stainless Steel Potato Ricer ★ Potato Press & Masher

Everything was great about this except the main pressure point where you'd think they'd put the strongest metal - but in fact was extremely flimsy metal. I'm talking about the arm of the plunger - that bends after a few potatoes if you're not EXTREMELY careful and put in the softest potatoes possible. Any force bends that arm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to return this in time so I'm left with scrap metal. BUYER BEWARE!

Quick delivery. Very well made and a great kitchen tool. Toss the mixer and make the best mashed potatoes you've ever made. Easy clean-up, easy to use. Would recommend to friends and family.

Works just fine, easy to clean once u get the disc out. It was a a little tricky after pressing a freshly cooked potato through it, but then I realized it expanded from the heat so I ran cold water over the disc and was able to pop it out after a few seconds. Heavy unit, seems well-made. Customer support was awesome.

The metal connecting the pressing disc to the handle is much too thin. Mine bent when ricing potatoes. I straightened the metal as best I could using my hands, but it kept bending and soon the welds broke. See photo. I only used it about 10 times.I only used it for potatoes. I boiled them with skins on and then cut in half or quarters before putting a piece in the ricer. I never filled it very full.Nice solid handles, but the most important piece of metal -- that connecting the disc to the handle -- is too thin. Poorly designed. It's a piece of junk.

Disappointing. I had meant to give this as a bonus wedding gift to a nephew, but the quality simply isn't acceptable. Very uncomfortable handle. Not up to the standards of the vintage ricer I use.

Probably would work fine for its intended purpose but I gave it a rather solid squeeze and the metal connecting the upper handle to the plunger bent when the potato wasnt fully cooked. Even though its stainless its very thin and bends a lot more than expectedI returned it and replaced it with a more solid cast aluminum one which is far more sturdy.

I use this device to make spaetzle (if you aren't aware, look it up - it's so delicious!) After searching for a dedicated spaetzle noodle machine (the few I found tended to be unimpressive and expensive to boot) for a long time, I gave up and purchased this. And I'm so glad I did!It's a hand-operated device that works very well. It's stainless steel, and the different ricing grates come in and out easily. It's a bit heavy, but as long as I hold it correctly my hands don't get tired. It makes noodles that are sized perfectly. Perhaps best of all, it's exceptionally easy to clean.Overall, this is a great device.

Well, it's a ricer and it works as it should. Seems very sturdy and cleans easily.
