Brilliant customer service
After seeing all the dust in the atmosphere when the sun was shining and being horrified I was breathing this in, I bought this air purifier. After being on for a few hours you could see the difference. It is very quiet and easy to use. I bought mine with a discount. I was so pleased with the difference it made, I decided to buy another although I ticked the box to get the discount, it didn't actually work. I e-mailed the supplier who immediately refunded me the discount. I was surprised by the speed of this and very pleased with the service from the company. Thank you

I have only used this for 1 day, it seems very good. Time will tell. No remote control. Noise level is very good on the lowest setting, on the highest it is still not loud enough to disturb when there is background noise, i.e. TV or normal conversation.

good product great customer service
The air purifier working very well, in a small printing studio make the environment totally dust free. working 24 / 7 for the past weak on the lowest fan speed with virtually total silence.

Not a HEPA filter
Bought this because I'm allergic to dust mites, but I don't think it's a HEPA filter (it says HEAP filter on the box). It does nothing for my allergy, even if I let it on all night. For a comparison, if I clean the room with my Dyson (which has HEPA filter) I can immediately fell the difference, with this I can't even after hours.

Large Price Increase
Excellent product at the £74.50 I paid, but within a month the price had gone up by 23.4% and it now appears not be on sale new. I would have bought another one but not with such a large price hike.

Great
Great little air filter, makes the room air cleaner very quickly and is quiet on the lowest setting. Don’t see a point to the light option but oh well

Stopped working after two days, but seller gave refund promptly
The air purifier completely stopped working two days after I bought it, for no apparent reason. However, I spoke with the seller and they issued a refund right away.

Noisy at full speed
Very noisy at full speed comparable to kitchen extractor fan, but noticeable difference in air quality.
