Tiana B Women's Fabulous and Flattering Dress

I purchased this dress for my mother, who was going to travel with me out of the country to Mexico for the very first time. She really wanted a sexy little black dress, but could seem to find anything affordable that fit properly. She is 5'3" tall, C-Cup, and a bit overweight. She is very self conscious of her chest (she did NOT want to emphasize it) but she just couldn't find a dress that flattered her waist, didn't make her look shorter, and didn't draw attention to her chest. Additionally, she has "beefy" (her words, not mine) biceps (don't pick a fight with her, you would lose!) and a lot of dresses she was looking at made those arms look huge compared to the rest of her. So, I knew I needed to find a cap sleeve dress or something very close to it. I decided on this one as the reviews suggested it was very forgiving in many ways. As soon as my mother tried it on, she never wanted to take it off! She was in absolute love and could not stop talking about how this is the first dress ever that was comfortable AND sexy AND flattered everything without making her short. She wore it in hot hot Mexico and had no problems staying cool. The dress has some stretch to it and it has cinches in just the right places that is flattering to nearly everyone.The neckline of the dress allows for almost any necklace, but we chose a long tiered number (over 22" long) to break the all-black in a sexy way. Over all, I couldn't have picked a better dress and my mom has been looking for excuses to wear it ever since! I definitely recommend giving this one a shot!

I'm glad I didn't send this back like I originally planned. Just looking at it in the wrapper, I was disappointed that the fabric was so thin and planned to send it back without even unwrapping. My husband encouraged me to try it on (he was probably tired of watching me look at every pink dress on the internet) and the fit saved this dress. I don't know when was the last time a dress fit me so perfectly! I also love the drape along the front. Simple and elegant. I am not crazy about the color but I was going to a wedding and thought this would match my fiberglass cast. Not quite a bright enough pink but it still worked. I was concerned about the thinness of the fabric so I wore all-in-one shapewear underneath for a smooth silhouette and to prevent any see-through.

Time was a running out and I needed a dress for my office party. Thank goodness for the helpful reviews and Amazon prime. This dress was just what I needed. Very forgiving yet fashionable. I was able to dress it up with a sparkly chunky necklace and heels or I can dress it down with a jacket or cardigan for work. At the party I received several compliments. It was stretchy enough to dance in but still had a nice drape and feel to the fabric and just the right length right above my knee. I'm 5'8 and 160 pounds and I bought a size 10 and it fit me perfectly. For the price, the comfort, the super fast shipping, and gorgeous color, you really can't go wrong with this dress.

I never have bought a dress online before-I wasn't sure what to expect. I usually wear a 10 petite, this was a 10 and was perfect. I think it would be very short on a tall person, as I am 5 feet and it was above the knee....a good length for me, actually. The dress was flattering but I was shocked at the thin material when I removed it from the bag. Fortunately, when I put the dress on, it didn't look thin and it draped across my body nicely.

I typically wear around a size four (can wear between a 2 to 4 in Gap pants, dresses and tops range from about an XS-S depending on the seller, bra size 34, etc.)I have recently put on a little weight in the mid-section and this dress still looks great. Still extra room around the mid-section. The draping is perfect.Very appropriate for professional wear as well as cocktail dress attire.I am adding a skinny belt to the mid-section to disrupt the monotonous color.A statement necklace works great with this dress!!The fabric is perfect, just the right amount of spandex/elastic feel and doesn't cling! I often have problems with dresses clinging too tight to the rear but this one doesn't at all.Drapes and falls just right.Overall, love it!

Got this dress for a wedding. Very comfortable, flattering fit. I ordered a size 8 based on the comments of others stating it runs big. It fits very well on my 36DD, 5'2", curvy, hourglass figure. Slightly larger than I'd like on the top, but I added a 3" solid black belt with black buckle which seemed to help the upper fit better. A bolero or light sweater pairs nicely.

I ordered this dress based on the good reviews. I was not impressed. The material is light weight and cheaper looking than a normal jersey knit. While the price tag of $35 was very reasonable, it still wasn't worth it for me to keep the dress. I also thought the style and ruching looked a bit tacky and dated. It wasn't flattering. It also runs a little big. I am normally a size 4/6 in dresses -- I found the size 6 to be one size too roomy. Needless to say, I returned the dress.

This dress is really comfortable and looks nice. True to size. My problem is that I am 5'2" and find that the length from the shoulders through the torso is a little long. I can get away with it but it does look better when I pull it up at the shoulders. Probably going to return it after one more try on. Don't understand why this isn't a hand wash as it is polyester. I weigh between 125 -130lbs and fit well into the size 6. Hope that helps others.
