I've used these on my knees while gold panning and they work really well! I could also use them for elbow and forearm protection!

Adjustable Velco around top
There is adjustable velco around thigh, but the other straps are loops of unadjustable elastic. This did not provide a secure fit.

They will not provode crashproof
If u hit something hard enough then u will be in serius problems. Its just plastic and inside is a layer of cloth it does not have gel inside. But is good for skating or not big crashes but i dont recommended if u want it to use in a bike with cars hehe u will lost a leg.
