Quick defrost
If you are like me and forget to take things out of the freezer this is the ideal item. It defrosts quickly, is easy to clean, and the tray means you don't have to find something to stand it on.

Brilliant defrosting tray poor delivery by Amazon
This defrosting tray is brilliant for defrosting items a lot quicker than usual and can't fault it at all as the added drip tray is a really useful feature that quite a lot of trays don't have and the price is really good, however the only fault is that Amazon delivered it in a brown paper bag with no padding and as the tray is hard plastic this caused the tray to be cracked on delivery.

Not faster than regular defrosting
As far as I can tell, this defrosting plate is not faster than regular defrosting in room temperature. The drip tray seemed like a good idea to collect the water resulting from any defrosting of food. It probably works fine once the food starts melting. I may try it again for this reason. Since I usually don't have time to wait I have gone back to defrosting in the microwave.
