Cartridges work well and are a great value compared to others. They last a long time and are quality products. I particularly have to mention the superior customer service of Smart Ink. I had a problem getting my printer to work as these are not “HP” cartridges. The Smart Ink rep walked me through the maintenance process on my printer and it work perfectly now. Turns out HP updates prohibit accessories other than their own. Hmmm.

Original cartridges started out great. Shipped on time, great price, but after 2 prints, the cartridges were giving a print error. I contacted their product support and was promptly helped via chat. They informed me they were aware of the issue of the printer manufacturer blocking these and immediately offered to send new cartridges with updated firmware. No argument. I provided my original order # and shipping info and I was immediately sent shipping details. The cartridges arrived less than 24 hours after my contact with product support. So far it's working on a few test pages.

Works perfectly! No issues with my HP Envy 5530 recognizing the cartridges. Excellent instructions and customer support from these guys too, thank you.

Works as well as the original HP cartridges

The cartridges worked very well but only for a short time. I was getting printer instructions to replace cartridge much sooner than expected. The price is attractive but I expect it's because there is less ink than in the more expensive brands.

I ordered this printer ink for the first time because it was much less than half the price of the original HP printer ink which keeps getting more and more expensive, but when I tried it, my HP printer would not accept a different brand of ink, so it did not work with my printer. I called the customer support and they said it is because this printer ink has an older chip version and they can send me a new one with an updated chip so it will now work with my printer. They immediately reordered me the new one and it arrived Monday after I called them on a Friday afternoon. The new printer ink they sent worked! If this continues to print well and lasts longer, I will keep using this brand. I did notice when I first printed that the ink went through the paper when I printed double-sided, but I could use better quality paper next time or lessen the quality of the print if I need to.

Much cheaper than the brand name ink..and works just as well.

Already received the item, scheduled to arrive on Monday thanks...this works on my hp 1510 printer, as mentioned works flowlessly and able to track the ink lavel. I do recomend it.

Update: I received my new cartridges very quickly. I still have not needed to install the black one. The new coloured cartridge is working great! I would buy these again. I have not loaded the black cartridge but had trouble with my colour cartridge. The colours were faded. I contacted customer service through the QR code that came with the cartridges (so convenient!). I tried the things that were suggested but the colour’s weren’t improved. Smart Ink is sending me a new set of cartridges. The customer service was really excellent. Will update my review once I get my new cartridges.

Black Cartridge lasted 3 weeks - only printed +- 20 pages then failed. Ink blobs all over the page. The ink still feels full.
