Amazing results
Purchased a pair of snake skin louboutin’s for a killer deal and never really worn but looked as though the skin was never cared for. At time of arrival the scales were lifting and dull and dry. A few applications brought them back, and the scales are now laying flat and no longer dry. They even have a shine. I was hoping that this would help condition them but the results are amazing if you put in a little time. I just used my fingers to apply and once the product was absorbed and fairly dry then polished with the cloth provided.

Great Product
I just used Reptan on my lizard and ostrich boots. Best thing ever happened to them. I see reviews where people had problems with it so I’m offering some tips that should help. If you’re unfamiliar with cleaning and polishing leather Reptan can be a challenge. I recommend you apply it with your fingers and rub it in well making sure to get it into the spaces between scales. It will wash off easily and not stain your skin. Use a liberal amount and apply it evenly rubbing in the direction of the scales. I use a light circular motion being careful not to lift any scales. Don’t worry about the white residue as it dries. White residue between scales is good as that’s where you need the conditioning the most. Once dry, 15-20 mins is fine, lightly buff with a hog hair brush to remove white residue. A natural bristle nail brush works. Don’t use this stiffer brush against the direction of the scales. Then buff with a soft horse hair brush and finally a cotton cloth. Any cloth that sheds can leave bits of lint stuck in the scales, or worse, grab ahold of them and lift them as you polish. Microfiber cloths are not safe to use on exotic skins with scales. A folded up old soft 100% cotton t-shirt is my favorite. Your polished leather should now have a soft shine. Apply a second lighter coat and buff and polish as before. I finish the heels and sole edges with a pigmented wax polish I apply with a cloth scrap. Your exotic leather will take on a glow with the second application and be ready for stepping out in style.

The Best I've ever seen for Python or Reptile skin boots.
The best boot creme I've ever come across it came in clear for my Python boots. It renewed a fourteen year old pair of full Python top and bottom boots which I would have wax shined maybe twice a year, they're beautiful once again. Renewed their beauty and shined them up quite well also. Renews and shines and also works great on fine leather boots also. Really does nourish Reptile skin and fine leather boots. I think "Saphir Reptant" would be great for eel and lizard.

Great for snakeskin boots
This is a must have for snakeskin cowboy boots. Works very well for conditioning or restoring snakeskin boots. My only complaints are that it's a little bit expensive and I wish it was available in a larger container.
