Hey, I don't believe it will, but if you want to E-Mail us the dimensions we can double check to see if we have any Multi Tools in stock that are the same size and could recommend a case. I wouldn't use the case dimensions, because the case's edges are rounded since we use a single piece of leather folded and even the slightest variation in Multi Tools can result in an insecure fit.
