Happy Death Day 2U (DVD) [2019]

Great film and a solid sequel. More of the same, but with enough of a twist to not just be treading the same ground again. Good fun.

It arrived when it was expected, it worked as expected, and it's a fun movie. No drama no fuss just a happy purchase, I won't review the movie, it's been around long enough that you know if you want it or not

The film itself was fantastic a great if slightly odd return to the original story. The dvd I received was fine but the case and sleeve were water damaged in the cellophane Amazon provided a refund after I sent proof. I'm collecting horror films so receiving them in this condition isn't helpful. Step it up Amazon!

Great horror slashing movie

If you know what to expect from the movie it is a good watch. Think of it as a spoof horror B movie. Its good got a interesting story and is funny. Also stars Jennifer Rothe always a plus

The first film was a great comedy. Follow up films rarely deliver, at best they are sort of fine. But this film is simply so much better than the first. As with the first it's a great comedy, but this time round it is also a great drama. Both elements are well mixed. I found it really interesting how they developed the story: a lot of thought was put into the plot line. It's not simply a case of `I know let cash in on a successful film, and produce any old rubbish'. Fans of the first will not be disappointed. While I suppose it can be seen as a stand alone film, I would recommend watching the first film before this one.

I enjoyed the original "Happy Death Day" and really enjoyed this sequel. If anything it was more fun than the first one. All the cast was back and did a great job. I highly recommend getting both movies. They compliment each other so well. Lots of twists to keep you guessing. Quite a few laughs in the midst of the drama which is so realistic to human behavior. This one even had a touch of science thrown in to explain the whole time loop situation. Enjoy!
