which I love, at a little Indian store by my house
I used to buy this tea, which I love, at a little Indian store by my house. It was hard to find it on the shelf as they always seemed to be out of it and "waiting on an order." So, I turned to Amazon to see if they carried it. Thank goodness they did and at a cheaper price. I placed my order and had it in no time. So now I have plenty of Tea India, which is my favorite Masala Chai tea and I can have my two cups everyday. This is the only Masala Chai tea that I love. It tastes is like no other as it has lots of spices. I am a reformed coffee drinker, but need to have my Masala Chai everyday! Thank you Amazon.

Wonderful Soothing Tea!
I had enjoyed Masala Chai from a local tea shop until recently when they closed. Then I found and tried this. It's yummy, but it does have a strong flavor of cloves. However, I did find that I quickly got used to the clove flavor after the second cup! SO if it's off-putting to you at first, please be patient and hang in there. Try it a few times. I promise, you'll get used to it quickly! I now find it a yummy, easy way to start my day. It's in tagless bags. And quite convenient! I take two for my 16-oz mug and when I get to work, I put in the hot water!

Amazon made me an offer I couldn't refuse
This is more a review of Amazon than tea:I'm a chai-drinking guy, enjoy a couple of mugs of hot, sweet, milky tea during the morning as I work and sharing a pot with my wife during the mornings on the weekend. I've tried many brands, some better than others, but the best I've found is TeaIndia's Masala Chai; my wife and daughter also like TeaIndia's Ginger Chai which has more of a bite.I first bought TeaIndia's Masala Chai at an Indian market when I was working 90 miles from home; $4.99 for a box of 72 bags. It was far better and also 75% less than the well-known American and British brands I'd been buying in 18- or 20-bag boxes. Later, I found this product at a small Indian market in my home town for $5.99, more than the other store but no 90-mile drive required. But when I went back for more they were out and didn't know when they'd get more. I like to support local businesses, but after several weeks of being told "sorry, we're still out" and drinking a not-as-good brand while I waited for more to come in, I checked with the TeaIndia site itself (too cumbersome to ship from India and no clear information on where else I could buy locally) and then with Amazon.Amazon carried TeaIndia for a case price (six boxes in a case) for less than $20; that's about $3.33 plus shipping. And six boxs at a time is not a problem, each box is sealed and could sit on my shelf just as well as the grocer's; or we could keep the unopened boxes in the garage refrigerator or freezer to ensure it wasn't going stale. Then I saw the subscription offer - if I agreed to have Amazon automatically send an amount I chose (1 case in this instance) and at an interval I specified (I chose every 6 months) and bill me automatically, the price was less than $17 and the shipping was free. So now I'm getting my favorite tea, won't have to drive and hunt for it, won't run out and will be paying less than $2.90 for a box of 72 bags. Thanks, Amazon, I think I'll go pour myself another mug of tea.

Worthless!
I know how REAL Masala Chai tea supposed to taste like and this tea has nothing to do with it. It does have a nice scent but it's flavorless. I wish I would've known it's un-returnable. Now I am stuck with hundreds and hundreds of tasteless tea bags. What a waste!

Super Good, Super Inexpensive
Mixed with milk and sugar it tastes just like the tea you get at most Indian restaurants. Significantly better than more expensive teas from companies like Tazo.I do not think there is a single dominating flavor -- sometimes I think tea I buy is too peppery (I am looking at you, Blue Lotus Chai), or too cardamon-y or too ginger-y, but not so with this tea: there is no one dominating flavor. I also really like the taste and ease of Jaipur Chai (other than it being a bit too sweet), but given the huge difference in cost, I would prefer to buy these and just have to remember to keep milk and sugar on hand.

Great aroma and flavor of cardamom
I usually add cardamom powder to my tea and usually buy loose leaf tea, but for travelling I use the bags, I love the aroma of cardamom and subtle flavor. This tea gets my approval for a tea bag and the cardamom. I did receive 12 boxes and each box has 2 foil bags with 36 bags in it, which means 12x36x2= 864 bags of tea that will last a long time. So I give out tea bags...

The perfectly mildy spiced chai at a great price.
I love this tea! I've been drinking it every morning for the past few years. It's a midly spiced chia that's great steeped in milk for an extra creamy treat. The price per bag is really low, too. The only potential downside is that the bags aren't indiviudally wrapped (each box contains two "sleeves" of tea bags), and they might get stale if you don't go through them that fast. It's not a problem for me--I go through them quickly and keep them in a tin for extra freshness.

Best chai ever
I've been able to buy this chai in a local grocery store until recently (because of the pandemic). Chai is the tea I drink almost exclusively (and I almost never drink coffee), so when I was down to my last box, I found it was available on Amazon and so ordered from there. It's a great, fragrant, deliciously spiced tea that I love both hot and iced. I take boxes of it when I visit friends in the US because it tastes like they tea they had in Kenya. It was a good price and an excellent product that I will continue to purchase.

Nice taste, but vendor seems to send product very ...
Nice taste, but vendor seems to send product very close to expiry date printed on the tabs. This needs to be addressed especially when ordered in case of 12 packs.
