The Slot Car Handbook

This book covers details that someone that just bought or received a slot car set would want to know. I guess I was simply looking for less of a true beginner book and more of an across the board that works for all but the most versed fans, racers, etc.

This book provided basic information which is what I was looking for. It explains the basics such as how and what to lubricate , simple upkeep and how to modify or set up a car if so desired. A very good first book to have.

A great little reference book to keep on hand for things like maintenance and upgrades plus other useful tips. Good for the lifelong ol' timer slot fanatic like me and the newcomer alike.

Nice precise book for beginners. But only for beginners. Everyone knows how to take the car off the body.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It gave a great overview of everything. It is designed for someone getting into the hobby like myself. The book is a little shorter than I expected, but all of the key elements are in there. Lots of pics and an easy read.
