Can you add this to the marinade? will it taste like bbq if i use the oven?

It gives a mild, smoky flavour to food marinaded and then cooked in the oven if you’re like us and like the smoked flavour but don’t have a BBQ. It smells stronger than it actually tastes, not too overpowering.

if I am brineing mackerel fillets, can this be added to the brine ? How much per litre ? Or best to brush on after brineing ?

Hi for a light smoked taste approximately 10 drops per litre for a more intense flavour approximately 20 drops try not to put on afterwards as it will be too strong and bitter
