Ordered it earlier than needed and stored it until baby was born. Got it out to use and the front pocket came without the handle part of the zipper. Had to tie string around it to get it to work as my return window has already closed. Have tried to contact seller to see about replacement zipper but messages not going through on amazon messaging for some reason. Not the sellers fault though. Really like the bag other than that one zipper issue. Sturdy, fashionable, practical, easy to clean.

At first I absolutely loved this diaper bag. My son will be 2 months old tomorrow and it’s already tearing up. The threads are coming apart where the straps go. So disappointed in this!!
