Update: returning. I can't keep them from rolling up and pinching my skin.I like them but they tend to slip. I like that they range from extra light to Heavy, for beginners like me. I have a hard time with them rolling up in certain positions. Maybe a better brand would stay put. It comes with a nice big for storage, which is convenient for keeping them together. I haven't had any issues with them tearing, so the quality seems good. Price was great for 5 bands. I've used them for multiple work outs and they're holding up well, keeping their stretch without loosing up. Overall pleased with this purchase.

The material is thick, I like that it has the options you want, to do more strength or something lighter, they are not that long but they are long enough to do arm and abs exercises.

I had my gallbladder taken out and am on light duty, so I needed to ease in. I can choose heavy or light with these and they work perfect, a good length and although I haven't had them long they seem durable

These are quite thin and breaks easily. It may be better for who needs to apply little pressure only
