A Google search came up with this info: 1Tbsp: Fat 8 grams Carbs 3 grams Protein 3 grams Calories 90 Hope this helps! I ended up throwing the whole jar away. I think one either loves it or hates it, lol. I thought it was awful.

Q: I need to keep track of my sodium intake due to chf. i see that there’s himalayan sea salt but no sodium content. is there any nutritional values?

Thanks for your feedback. Our Crunchy Salted Caramel flavour is a little like cilantro - about 2% of people taste it a bit different! The other 98% are just enamoured with it.

Q: What's the texture like?

When you first get it, the oil is on the top. Stir thoroughly. The texture ends up being thinner than traditional peanut butter, but thicker than a spread. I hope that helps!
