Very small book
This book is for people who need a short, very simple introduction to the use of a foam roller for fascia, rather than the hard rollers. It is just fine if you don't like to read very much, but it has no pictures. She did a fine job repeating the information in the original Melt Method book.

What a relief to find this book
I had not heard of MELT therapy until I came across this book but I am so glad to have found it. I have suffered from chronic neck pain for years due to an old injury, exacerbated by long periods at the desk. Nothing has fixed it, bar going to the chiro every few weeks but that becomes expensive and time consuming and I have always wanted to find something that I can do myself at home to help reduce the pain. I can’t wait to try the exercises in these books and am off to get my foam rollers today – the concept makes perfect sense, the book is easy to read and I feel like I have found a lifeline. Thanks for this gem Melinda.

Short and Sweet
These are very simple and effective techniques for pain management. It's quite a short read, but it doesn't give you a lot of fluff and it's all practical application. And this MELT method is something you can do alone, no need to go get a massage or see a chiropractor. Very good knowledge to have!

Yes, MELT Method Techniques work, however this is not the correct book and the author does not recommend the correct roller.Skip the harder and wider OPTP rollers that she recommends and go to www.meltmethod.com for a softer, 5" diameter roller. While you're at it, get the correct book: "The MELT Method: A Breakthrough Self-Treatment System to Eliminate Chronic Pain, Erase the Signs of Aging, and Feel Fantastic in Just 10 Minutes a Day!," by MELT founder Sue Hitzmann.Life-changing.

A Pain Relief Guide Worth Reading!
Melt Your Pain Away is a holistic pain relief method that enables you to remove pain naturally. To me it's like a special type of deep tissue massage technique. The roller used is a great way to treat yourself by forcing your knots to disappear and muscles and tissues to work better.Lots to learn here!I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and recommend you try this method to get s handle in your body pain!

Just an ad.
Just a giant ad. I'm glad I didn't pay for this; there was nothing useful to me as a chronic pain patient. I only downloaded it because it was free, but I wish I could get back the time I spent looking at it. I expected at least one or two techniques to help with pain but it's really just a giant ad given away as a "free book".

Good intro
The Melt method was new to me. This book served as a good into. I learned a lot! MELT YOUR PAIN AWAY: The Beginner's Guide to the MELT Method of Pain Relief (The Home Life Series Book 10) by Melinda Rolf is a great place to start if you’re looking into the MELT method. Five stars.

Buy the real deal
Basically this book wholesale steals the MELT method and is full of inaccuracies .If you want to learn the MELT method(and why wouldnt you) go direct to the source www.meltmethod.com and purchase the correct items and dvd/book and learn it properly.Alternatively use the site to find a qualified instructor who knows what they are doing.Its a fabulous method and Ive seen great results but I fail to understand why the author didnt take it upon herself to learn the method fully before handing out advice to others

worth trying if you are struggling with any type of pain body pain
A good guide to self-help pain relief. The “MELT” method can be used by pretty much anyone. This book does a good job of explaining the methods and the actual exercises that can be done for each body part.I feel that this method is worth trying if you are struggling with any type of pain body pain.
