This is my first multi-use tumbler and I love it. The product arrived quick and I was really impressed with the solid build quality. All the components fit together perfectly and it has a clean look. I chose the black and it comes with matching pouch to use when the tumbler is hold or cold to touch. The fact that I can use it to to make tea, fruit infused water, or cold-brew coffee or tea comes in handy with my daily and busy lifestyle. Customer service was fast and courteous. Overall I really like the stylish look and durable feel of this tumbler. I might get one for my girlfriend too.

I purchased this to replace a tea infuser bottle from David's Tea, which was the second one I got that had a defective closure. After reading reviews on several brands of tea infuser bottles, I chose this one, and I'm very pleased with my choice. I take tea to work several times a week, and I particularly look for a spillproof bottle that keeps drinks hot for at least 6 hours. So far this one fits the bill. I've turned it upside down and had it in my bag, and it hasn't leaked. I haven't left anything in it long enough to test the 6 hours, but it stayed hot to the end after 4 hours so I expect it will still last 6 hours. I love the color and the carrying sleeve. I can see how the paint could scratch if I'm not careful, though.Pros: spillproof; appears to stay hot long enough for my needs; easy to drink fromCons: infuser is somewhat small for some varieties of loose tea, like my red raspberry leaf tea for cramps; may scratch easily; less convenient for driving since the top screws on (not a deal breaker for me, it stays hot longer with a solid cap anyway)

Good product. The container holds slightly over a mug in volume, which is perfect for me. I like the little mesh covering with handle, making it easy to carry. It doesn’t leak. I saw reviews that said it stains. I haven’t seen that yet, but anything you use repeatedly with tea will eventually get stained. I was very impressed with how it can keep my tea hot for hours. Of course It all depends on how often you open the lid. I especially like where the tea leaves are housed. It does a great job at keeping them maintained. It’s a bit different from the coffee/tea presses as they keep the tea leaves contained at the bottom. However, here they are at the top. As a result, you should put your tea leaves in before putting in the hot water. Only fill the tea leaves to the half way point, they swell when hydrated. If you don’t put the tea in first then you will need to set the container upside down to let the leaves steep a bit. You sacrifice a bit of convenience in this area for having an air tight seal. I haven’t found anything better. Give it a try. The price is far better than the $39 Starbucks model.

Update January 14, 2020:Wife loved my tea bottle so ordered her one in teal. Arrived today and it was perfect. The infuser was slightly different, smaller holes which makes sense if using loose tea to prevent the smaller leaves getting caught in larger holes. Great customer service! Very pleased with product. Up dated from four to five stars.Previously:A great tumbler for tea. The infuser works great, fits perfectly. Was using another tumbler with a reusable infuser. The only suggestion is I would have liked to had a flip top verses a cap. Keeps the tea hot for several hours even with the cap off. Doesn’t leak. The foam sleeve is handy but the outside of the tumbler is not smooth and has a non- slip coating which makes it difficult to replace the sleeve when off. Kind of makes one wonder why the sleeve is necessary. The carrying strap on the foam covering sticks up and kinda gets in the way. A couple pieces of velcro sticks it to the side making it readily available for use. This tumbler is my number one go to now. Very pleased and can recommend it for any tea.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I was really impressed with this tea tumbler. Got to give kudos to where it's due. I noticed that my tea is kept hot for hours longer. It is easy and quick to clean. I also like the durable feel to it. It also comes with a pouch with a handle and recipe online book which is pretty useful. I like that it does not create condensation. I definitely like using this at work. Overall good quality product to me.

It is FANTASTIC!!! Where has this been my whole life? It’s sturdy and the slink design is so easy to grip. It’s a head turner where everyone asks where I got it. But what I want to talk about is the basket that locks in place. I can use it for my fresh fruit and cold water. Or my favorite thing is the basket is perfect for all my different hot loose leaf teas. And even fresh ground coffee. YOU CAN POUR IT IN AND IT STEEPS PERFECTLY WITH NO PIECES GETTING THROUGH THE BASKET!! Amazing!!

My new favorite thing. I just rinse it after every use and it keeps my tea hot all morning. I don’t feel any heat even when I’m drinking black tea or other teas that require 212 degree water. I leave the lid off or add a few cubes of ice to get the tea to a drinkable temperature. It’s a gorgeous blue color and looks beautiful. I’m definitely proud to carry it around and it even has a loop that helps me attach it to my knitting bag. It doesn’t leak and I feel safe just throwing it in my bag when I’m in a rush.

Fantastic product that came quickly. It was a gift for mum and she loved the colour and the tea strainer component! Not the best product to keep your tea hot for a long time but it is clearly not designed for that. Recommended product to buy.
