I have been taking this for years. Keeps me in good health. If you are fatigued it will give you energy without any side problems. Keeps you healthy.

Very good vitamins. Plenty of protein and gives me energy.

Chlorella is good for you because it binds with toxic materials and helps your body get rid of them - that's what I've read, and I believe it because I always feel better when taking it. This brand is especially good because the pills break down easily. Everyone's always trying to get more greens in their diets, and this stuff does that easily. It's not cheap, but I think it's worth it, and I've been telling my family about it too!

I love the concept of the health benefits but having to take a minimum of 5-6 of these pills every day when there already on the large size isn’t fun. They also have a very earthy aftertaste which can get daunting by the 6th pill. That being said, it’s still worth it for the health benefits.

I have used this project for several years and it really works!
