Oxtail Seasoning

Nice seasoning on oxtails!

Excellent product

This is a really good oxtail season. I put it on my oxtails and marinated them overnight before. I didn’t have to put any salt or other seasoning on them, I only put onion powder and garlic powder. I tasted the seasoning and it is very salty. But it is a good taste we smoked them. You will love the seasoning.

I was hoping for a bit more heat, like the Curry or the Jerk. The sauce is fantastic but as in all of SpurTrees products the BIG issue is they do not remove the stems from the Thyme and cooking does not soften them. Other than that, it would be a 5 plus, but until they can fix that, I would rate it as a 4 3/4s stars.

I like it, a lot of flavor and depending on your taste a little or a little extra is your choice.
