This is probably the most simplified kit of this type I have ever seen ! It’s the perfect baby shower gift. This is an incredibly mess free set. I love that you get perfect results with the ink pad with a unique design that doesn’t require exposing a little one to any inks or dyes that a tiny one might develop chemical sensitivities from. There are even some simple tools included to make the impressions very easy to work with and have very clean, and precise boarders and perfect holes for using as an ornament. There are even some extra stamp type letters included to personalize in a beautiful way. There are so many wonderful options to make the most of this kit.🌺

This is such a cute keepsake package. The clay for the hand/foot prints is very easy to work with and makes such a great gift for grandparents. (Hello Christmas!!) It comes with 4 different colored ribbons for making the clay prints into an ornament and 2 clear stands in the event that you want something on a shelf rather than as an ornament. It also comes with lettered stamps. I used it to put my daughter’s initials next to her handprint.This set also comes with 3 no mess ink pads for hand/foot prints. In theory, this is amazing. But, I didn’t get to use them with my daughter because her hands and feet are too big. She is 22 months old and in size 8 toddler shoes. So, maybe my kid is just a giant but just know if your kid is a giant too, the ink pads won’t work. I was disappointed they were so small but still gave 5 stars because it is a great concept.All in all, everything is pretty self explanatory with this package and it is all easy to use and fun... if your toddler cooperates. Sooo easy to use and they include all the tools you need to make the ornaments which is great. They even include ribbons and such to decorate. The only complaint I have is that the ink pads run a little small in size so if you have a bigger baby or trying to use this on a baby older than newborn it may not fit their hand as well.

At first I was a little confused by the handprint/footprint ink and the clay and how that worked together. It doesn’t, they are both 2 separate products which are great in their own way.Ink pads pro:I love the ink pads because they are mess free and you can you use one ink pad several times.Con: noneClay ornamentPro:The clay ornament has easy to follow instructions. It’s super soft and takes days to dry so perfect for the busy parent that has to come back to it later. I love the letters and number stamps included to personalize the ornament. Great gift or great for keepsake.Con: follow instructions as provided to ensure best outcome. The clay is not easy to work with the rolling pin provided so if you have your own rolling pin, use that. It can take several takes to get the perfect footprint/ handprint because ...babies, so be patient with it. :)Overall I loved it and recommend it as a gift or just for yourself.

I purchased this for my 11 month old. It was easy to set up but the mold didn't hold neither of our handprints. I tried multiple times and it was a waste.

If you have never worked with clay ornaments before this would be a good one to start with. The instructions are clear and overall easy to use. My only issue with this kit is that I was not impressed with the way the ornament dried. You do not bake this so it seemed to be a little to flexible for my liking.The ink pads worked really well. They were easier to use than the clay. We were able to get clean hand and footprints with these.Also our little one is only 4 months old so it was hard to use with her. I would say this might be better for a newborn (who doesn’t wiggle much) or a child that’s a bit older.

Honestly, we weren’t even able to use this product . The clay is too sticky and trying to roll it out was a nightmare. It immediately got any debris anywhere remotely close to us stuck in it. I was hoping it would turn out cute but at this point we don’t even have an ornament!

We bought this kit to use for my two-year-old. I have never made a hand or footprint for my kids and thought it was about time. It worked perfectly. Very user friendly and it came with everything you need, including a variety of ribbon colors for hanging the ornament. Makes 4 ornaments. I would recommend using this kit for children 2 years and under. A perfect gift for an upcoming baby shower or something to buy just for your own keepsake. I can't wait to hang these on my Christmas tree!
