Very thorough and has lots of great resources. Four stars because it is a very dull read, now somewhat out of date, and in some instances requires the reader to have prior knowledge of legal concepts to comprehend the ideas being presented.

I consider that this book is more expensive than its real price and the condition of this book is not good.

Way too expensive, as all college textbooks are, but it does have a lot of good information. Excellent future resource for referencing legal issues.
