Great bike rack! No issues at all with the straps or any wobble as others reported. Assembly easy following the instructions. Over the course of a nearly 300 mile trip we were in bumper to bumper stop and go traffic, major road construction, open highway reaching speeds up to 85mph, over a 9500 elevation mountain pass and finally rough gravel/dirt roads…not a loose bolt or strap at all, very sturdy. Bikes and rack PERFECT!!

Great design and heavy duty construction. This bike rack works perfect on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The straps are strong and function with ease.

This is a nice bike rack which was easily assembled and connected. The zip tie gizmos are hard to disengage, however.

The bike rack was relatively easy to install. The instructions had only pictures...would have liked written instructions. Very sturdy!

This is my first bike rack. It works as expected. I would not recommend this rack for mountain bikes. If you have frames that are not as thick, they’ll fit find. The system for strapping the bikes on scratched our frames, however. Not an issue for us since our bikes were bought used and already had scratches but beware If you have expensive bikes. There is some moderate wobble at highway speeds.

I was looking for solid and I got it. It's heavy-duty . . . which means it's heavy, but it does the job.

The bike rack itself is extremely sturdy. Very solid piece of equipment, with only two (critical) plastic pieces. If I were guaranteed to get a brand new version of this, I would order again and recommend with five stars. But they sent me a clearly used version, on which the previous owners had broken a key plastic piece.
