So i knew about mix of supplements being a superior results as compared to standalone supplements on their own, as my coach used to tell me about CGT (creatine, glutamine, taurine).But this BCAA energy is altogether a different formula, which gives the rush of a preworkout and energy of aminos altogether in a sustained release form as i sip it in during my intraworkout.flavor is amazing and results are superb.Now i am just excited to finish this off and try this in another flavor.

Coming to the product review it...if you are beginner for gym then this will be good choice, start from one scoop a daily and after you can go for two scoops a day don't over dose... Take 3-4 scoops only if u do intense workout take 15 minutes before workout. Or take it as i intra workout... Dont consume after evening this may effect your sleep it contains caffeine.❤️

I workout like crazy but I was not seeing any results this is when i decided to take MuscleXP BCAA. I'm using it and it has no side effects till now.Also it contains Amino acids which is useful in building muscle and improving exercise performance. Moreover, it's cheaper than many other BCAA products. So, good value for money.Try it and experience the change yourself.

Overall good product,but if you are a beginner that use muscle xp's different product.

Good product at a good price range

I am a cafiene sensitive person and this makes me bit too energetic. However, few hours later my body is so exhausted that I am unable to my it work. Also spikes the heart rate quite a bit. I feel like the orange colour agent is strong. It may cause dependence as similar to pre workout. I would not recommend if you need to do brain work after this. However for hardcore bodybuilders and caffiene insensitive persons this might be good.
