I have tried several versions of these soups. This one has the best taste, low salt and leaves a “full” stomach feeling from a relatively small portion of soup. I often eat this in late evenings when I need a healthy, weight conscious food….and get those cravings for food.

HMR is the only weight loss program I've used that works. The entrees and shakes, bars and cereal, are all realistically designed to be balanced for intake with the intention to lose weight. There is a "must" coming.... You MUST be consistent if you expect to see results. Eat HMR foods and add fruits and veggies ONLY and you will lose the weight. HMR has been and will continue to be a lifestyle for me to maintain the weight I've lost. I just wish it was more affordable so more people could have the opportunity to be healthier using this program.

This one is pretty good. Smells like chicken with thyme and other pleasant, mild spices. it's mixed with wild rice and other grain/veg bits.It's a better rice dish than the mushroom risotto and a nice variety to add to my rotation. I tried it mixed with the pb2, lite soy, low sodium broth with curry, garlic & onion powder. I think that recipe was called Thai peanut curry something or other, recipe was from the HMR site. It was pretty good.Convenient to eat at work as a knife isn't required to cut anything.If you haven't tried the new HMR Mac n cheese yet...be sure you do. Mac n cheese got 5 stars from me because it's incredible.

Of the shelf stable meals I have tried, this one has decent flavor and texture and is not full of salt. I will keep this on hand all the time now.

Excellent. Shelf stable without refrigeration. I lost a lot of weight using these, easily, pleasantly. Highly recommended.

tasted great, lots of flavor. But I was always skeptical about getting food poisoning due to not having to put in fridge, but I never got sick. So all good. I am still scared of buying more though for I am not used to not putting food in the fridge. lol
