I absolutely love this for cuts and scrapes. I’m allergic to Neosporin so it’s great. It heals wounds quickly. It’s very sticky so I always place a colloidal bandage over it. This is my go to healing ointment now!

i use this for minor burns and small cuts. it’s kinda gritty because it’s mostly just natural honey, and i’m not sure why but when i put a layer on skin it tends to like break away or peal apart. like how something hydrophobic does with water.

Keep this 1 oz First Honey tube in the kit for minor cuts and dry irritated spots—not for anything that needs a clinic. Texture spreads thin under a bandage without the petroleum greasiness of some ointments. **Pros:** Simple Leptospermum honey formula; travel-tube size; easy clean application. **Cons:** Sticky honey texture (expected); not a substitute for medical care on serious wounds. Antibiotic-free was the point for us on small scrapes. Apply to a cleaned minor wound, cover, and don’t invent miracle claims—it’s a supportive ointment, and that’s enough.

Hands down Medical Grade Manuka Honey is the fastest healer of wounds. I'd give this product 10 points if I could. It works wonders, truly, as healing wounds that used to take days sometimes weeks longer. Worth the price and so much better for you in every way!
