Great supplement for daily potassium support
I started taking Nature’s Bounty Potassium Gluconate to help maintain my electrolyte balance, especially after workouts or long days in the heat. Stopped my leg and foot cramps with daily usage
The multi vitamin that I take does not have any potassium but it does have other electrolytes calcium, magnesium and zinc. Had taken potassium before when I got a cramp so I started taking one of these with my daily regimen of supplements and prescription drugs. No more night time leg or foot cramps or at least it has eliminated 75 to 85% of them. I still get foot cramps if I drive 5 or 6 hrs in a day but much less severe. YMMV.

Really made a difference!
I’m a quilter—an old, old quilter. My hands started cramping when I was cutting fabric and I would have to stop cutting. I make money from my quilts so this was a real problem. The doctor told me to take magnesium so I spent $15 on a bottle of that, took it for about 2 weeks and it didn’t help at all. Well, I talked to another quilter and she said try potassium. This was one of the cheapest cause I didn’t expect it to work but Wowzer! It helped right away. I take it every day now and no cramps! I’m no doctor but there ya go. If you’re having a problem with any hobby or job and you have some issue, find an old codger who does that same job and see what they take for it! I love this stuff!
