Dehydrated carrots weren't on my radar. I bought canned carrots and mashed them for spaghetti sauce and sliced for soups. It wasn't very satisfying but maybe a vitamin made it in.....no taste did. I came to this site looking for dried green peppers and found these carrots as well as green peppers and celery. What a find!I made spaghetti sauce and was pleased at the relative uniformity of the carrot bits and the color they added. I could taste them...mild and sweet. No more fresh carrots rotting in the refrigerator or tasteless canned carrots taking up cupboard space.I get the feeling they are made in the USA. If it were my company, it would be printed in 2 inch letters across the bag. I didn't see it on the label at all. That's my only criticism.

The carrots add just the need splash of color to soups. I'm so pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again and again.
