Serves it's purpose, so dogs can have a drink whilst in the crate. Recommended.

These have been useful in order to provide water in crate however they did drip a little. I have trays in the crate so it’s not troubling me but for some it could be more of an issue. The pups will use them regularly (had to train them to use them first) so overall I’m very happy with this item. If they were fully drip proof I would have given them five stars.

These are great. Easy to attach, refill. Dogs seem to like them too. I have a pair of Havanese, smallish dogs and they prefer to drink from a bottle than get wet chins in a bowl.

I have been through many water bottles over the years and they’ve all leaked and have rusted the metal on my dog crates. They all have “leak proof” in the titles but it’s always a lie ! I was VERY skeptical so I’ve tested it out for a while before my review. It’s very easy for my dog to get the water out. The 16mm bottle is perfect size for my shih tzu. A little water does get in the floor as he drinks so I have a little bowl on the floor to catch the water but it only happens from him drinking. Afterwards it’s back to no leaks. Highly recommend. I’ve already purchased a second one -I like that you can switch which way the water bottle faces without having to remove the holding mechanism off of the crate. So when I leave for the day I simply clip the water bottle to face into the crate and then flip it back around to face outwards during the rest of the time.

Not sure how effective can’t really tell if any water is coming out the button is pretty specific in terms of how hard to press in order for it to work! It’s easy to install but will actually work? I’ll give it time n see if my dogs will go to it for water bc that will be an indication that it’s working

These water bottles are fantastic. They are so easy to use, and do not drip. The base easily threads on and off of any spot on our wire pen or crate. The bottle itself easily snaps on and off of the base for filling. All of the parts are sturdy, and the colors are cute. This size is ideal for my 4.5lb, three month old shih tzu puppy, and I anticipate it will continue to function well for us as she grows. Also, I am incredibly impressed with this seller's customer service. I originally ordered the smaller size (H528), and my puppy was struggling to get enough to drink from it. I ordered this size, and purchased a more traditional bottle from a pet store in the meantime, which was awful and leaked non stop. When the order became inexplicably delayed, and I was faced with a whole week of waiting for a functional bottle for my thirsty puppy, Choco Nose stepped up to solve the issue. They responded to my issue asap, and even though Amazon was responsible for the delay, they express shipped another bottle out to me at no cost. They also gave me a tip to make the smaller bottle work for us in the meantime. (The nozzle contains two steel balls, and removing one gave her the flow she needed while still not leaking. Also good to know the whole unit can be taken apart for cleaning.) The new bottle arrived with a hand written note of apology for any inconvenience. Absolutely excellent to find customer service like this, and a truly great product.

Fabulous! Doesn't leak at all. Just wish it were bigger. I bought 2 for 1 rabbit so he doesn't run out of water so fast. Definitely the best waterer I've ever purchased
