The disc does not spin freely, it doesn’t even do 2 turns as it seems like it’s catching it

Not value for money. High street would have been better, if I could Ind one.
Packaged but cheap looking, can't see a hallmark and too fiddly to get it to spin, like one my mum had before. Also not completely marked on one side.

Filthy and tarnished
Arrived in very tarnished and dirty condition. Cant see a hallmark. Very disappointed with it. I am returning the item. Absolute rubbish.
