Olympia U.S.A.Aerolite Expandable Lightweight Hardside Double 4 Wheel Spinner Luggage Suitcase with TSA Lock 21-inch Carry On

Just received this carry on in the mail and definitely love it so far. The colors perfect and the material and zippers seem durable. The inside is a really nice burgundy color. Got this for a trip in a few weeks so right now there’s no way to know how it will handle.Did notice a couple things that were incorrect in the posting but not a deal breaker for me. The dimensions stated in the posting is 20” x 15” x (8” x 2”). And on the info tag it’s stated 21” x 14” (9” x 2”) (see picture). Also the mesh pocket is attached with hooks not clips, as viewed in their picture (see pictures).Overall very happy with this product and can’t wait to take it on my trip.

I had the same issue as others. After just a couple of flights, the wheel ripped completely off.

I was really excited to receive this set. From the pictures, it looked sleek and stylish. It felt sturdy when first received. I was quite disappointed, however, that it did not have the hidden compartment for the carry on as it did for other Olympia styles. The tags even indicated that it had the hidden compartment, however, it was not true. Despite this, I was still very excited to use the set for travel. I used the carry on for my first trip, and it worked well! The wheels were smooth, very easy to push around. I used the two larger sizes for my second trip, and I was very impressed with the capacity of both sizes!! However, these did not hold up during the trip. There were some marks on the outer surface of the larger case, but the middle size case had a crack/hole in the front of the case. I'm so disappointed that these didn't even last through the first use. Not sure if I will be able to return the set, but I will certainly be looking into it.

Horrible design on the wheels. After one flight, one of the wheels popped off completely and two others were coming off. The screws that hold the wheels to the case aren't supported enough and easily break off. The company offered to replace the luggage with the same (poorly designed) one, if I'd send them $20 shipping. I'd recommend avoiding all of their luggage lines.

I bought this carry on from Sierra Trading Post in August 2017. After a few trips, the two back wheels are detaching. Looks like a poor design. Olympia Customer Service offered to replace the wheels for $9.50 each. If it's a design flaw, why should the customer be expected to spend time , and money, replacing the wheels? Strongly recommend against buying this product.
