Good support for PF
Bought specifically to ease Plantar Fasciitis. I use these inside walking shoes that I wear for 9 hour shifts on concrete floors and have found them to be excellent. I was so impressed with the support and pain relief that I bought a second pair so that I would never be without them. A good heel cup with gel insert and the arch support is sturdy and comfortable the metatarsal area also has the gel insert so provides good comfort all round. They are soft enough to be cushioning but firm enough to hold the foot in line. The material seems to be of high quality and I feel they will be pretty robust. I've never had PF before and after the initial irritation and mild panic (9 hrs on my feet per day - eek!) I can manage it with excercises, one of those foot roller thingies and these good insoles. Money well spent.

Very Effective
These work really well and within a few days I was already feeling relief. Had to trim to fit, but the soles are marked for you to cut.

Foot relief
These insoles are well sculpted and comfortable to wear easing foot discomfort and pain. For size 8 the the soles need to be shortened and this easily done. Although expensive these insoles are well sculpted and soft under foot and can be used in shoes or trainers.

Worth the extra
I bought cheaper insoles but, I realise it's false economy. There are far better that the cheaper alternative. I wasn't sure if they were worth the extra. They are, after only a day I notice the difference. Still painful but not as bad by any means. I needed a Stanley knife to take a small amount off the toe part. I have Arthritis in my hand so, I guess others may not have a problem cutting with scissors. They are very well made too. Just wish I had seen them sooner.

More pain using these than the pain I was hoping to relieve.
I trimmed the insole to the required size to fit the shoe, but I found that the Arch Support to be very hard and cause a lot of pain. It is almost like having a very large smooth stone under your foot, not a sharp pain but a great deal of pressure in one spot.I don't really know if the arch support is in the correct location as it is in a fixed location and the insole is meant to cater for a wide range of shoe sizes.I only managed two exercise sessions and on my second one I had to cut it short and came in after one three mile lap. I have had to abandon their use, too painful, but it certainly took my mind of my painful heel.

Not true to size!
Definitely not true to size. I'm a size 8 and the 7-8.5 is so long I'd have to cut into the red padding to make them fit. The box says 7-8.5, but the insole says "M" for medium I'd say. I'm giving giving them to my husband and ordering the next size down. I'll post another review when I find out how they feel. They look to be a good quality.
