Beko CFG1552W A+ Rated Frost Free 145 Litres Fridge 90 Litres Freezer in White [Energy Class A+]

Arrived and didn't work!Now I have the involved process of getting a refund. Apply to Amazon or the supplier, get clearance, the return the fridge freezer?I have to repackage?? How?Very disappointed.

Little disappointed with space in freezer but it is a second fridge freezer in outbuilding for overflow so probably enough.

Beko customer service has been shocking.So has Currys who supplied it.The fridge shelf holder was snapped when it arrived with us just before Christmas. We didn't notice it until later (we went away for Christmas).Currys would not take responsibility as we hadn't reported it within a couple of days.Beko sent out someone to look at it at the end of January but claim its Currys fault and must have happened in transit and so won't do anything.The material the shelf holder is made out of is very weak and another one looks bent out of shape.What is worse is that 5 months in to having the fridge freezer it now keeps freezing our food and we have had to chuck out a lot of food.We are awaiting to see if Beko owns up to this or if they also blame this on Currys...I would recommend you avoid either company!

Absolute rubbish..do your self a favour a d avoid BEKO...faulty from new.not willing to exchange and now broken down again and out of 1 year warranty and useless to me now
