Honor 10 Lite
No problems at all

No refund. No repair. Screwed. Shutting down in Whatsapp, YouTube, playing any video, etc
This phone has worked well for 11 months until a few days ago. It now shuts down using several apps. It does this even in Safe mode. A mobile phone has to work longer than a year to be of any value. The Amazon returns window lasted only 1 month. I have returned the phone to factory settings and have the same problem. Before reset, I cloned it to my old Honor Lite 10. Everything works fine. I have spent hours setting passwords, accounts, security etc. UPDATE: I requested a refund/repair from Technolec and was told the returns window had expired. I requested a refund through my VISA card but was told that, since Amazon made the payment, they were not liable. So the 1 month returns window is a great scam. Unless you are prepared to take the seller to court, you have no redress. I shall be reconsidering my purchases through Amazon. In the meantime, I will send a weekly email to Technolec, reminding them of there legal oblications under UK consumer law. Buyer beware. UPDATE I have sent them another email but nor reply. I rang them but no reply. UPDATE I have contacted my VISA card provider again, as a barrister friend has challenged the bank's view that they are not liable. Amazon UK are clearly the seller. UPDATE In the interim, I have tried to get a postal repair but found that the warranty expired 6 months before I bought it. So Amazon are selling phones that are out of warranty. UPDATE I have now successfully sued Technolec Ltd and they have received a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against them for the purchase price and costs. I now have to enforce the judgement. Technolec Ltd have a postbox in the UK but no other trading address. It is run by two people whose address and bank details are not avaiable. So I aim to use a Thid Party Debtor claim against Amazon to retrieve the amount. I am awating a reply from Amazon (after several phone calls) to avoid having to take this step. Stay tuned. UPDATE Amazon have refused to make a refund. I now have two choices: sue Amazon or force Amazon to make the refund using a Third Party Debtor order. The former costs £35. The latter costs £35 plus travel expenses (£60) plus a lost day. In the meantime, I'll be writing to the national newspapers in case they are interested in this seller loophole. Shame on Technolec.

No NFC
Brought to replace an identical a Honor 10 Lite, but despite it being the same model number (HRY-LX) this one hasn't got NFC.

Not fit for purpose useless
Still on charge from yesterday still not charged I am appalled and the phone itself is slightly different in the way it works. It feels different. I'm using my old honor 10 to write this review please read them all before purchase.

This phone is rubbish! Battery only lasts a day, if that! Constantly freezing so have to keep restarting. Going to return

Don't buy!
Within 6 months the phone has developed a non repairable fault. The seller won't reply to me or amazon. Now I have a broken phone and had also paid for case and screen protectors. I am trying to claim under amazon guarantee. This has taken up my time and I'm out of pocket. Don't use this seller.

Ça fait 4 mois actuellement que j'utilise le téléphone et pour le prix franchement j'en suis pas déçue même assez bien convaincu d'avoir un très bon téléphone a se prix la, photo vraiment top, la batterie tien la route tant qu'on ne joue pas 24h et la qualité des vidéos et très agréable Le colis avait été bien emballé rien à reprocher

Déjà très contente de mon précédent honor, j'ai voulu le remplacer pour un honor 10 lite car plus grand avec plus de mémoire. Encore une fois je ne suis pas déçue, bien au contraire. Aucun souci de fonctionnement, rapidité et design sympa. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

le téléphone tient très bien dans la main malgré sa grande taille, pas de problème de réseau téléphonique, la qualité d'image est correcte pour jeux, image et vidéo. la durée de charge est est correcte. par contre, la batterie amovible serait un plus et parfois le capteur d'empreint ne détecte pas bien mon empreinte. En résumé, si c'est pour téléphoner et envoyer des sms, jouer à des jeux ne demandant pas une puissance très élevée, prendre des photos avec une qualité correcte et utiliser la 4g c'est le smartphone idéal. Le seul regret c'est la batterie non amovible.

Très bon et joli smartphone mais écran fragile tomber 1 seule fois écran complètement cassé après 3 mois d'utilisation meme avec écran vers trempé et coque il et très beau pas de beug dommage pour l'écran . Je recommande
