Quality bearings
I ordered this bearing and one other SKF to replace the junk China bearings in a drill press motor. The original bearings weren’t even a sealed bearing and subject to dust and metal grit. These shielded bearings are quality made and much smoother operation than the Chinese junk bearings. I’ve read that the balls in Chinese ball bearings are not truly round and that has been my experience in other devices using them. Being a machinist, I’m all about precision. If you buy a device that has Chinese bearings, I recommend removing them and replace with quality ones like SKF or Fafnir. Your device will last longer and you’ll notice it even sounds quieter.

Quiet and smooth operation!
