Lumigrow Pro Series Pro 325 LED Lighting Systems

I did not receive same model as pictured The one in the picture has individual dials to adjust each spectrum the one I received is the 325E pro model Which runs at full power Which requires a separate module to enable this feature at an added extra cost Very disappointed at that This ad needs the photo to be edited to not mislead people into buying the incorrect model other than that great light so far at 290watts at the wall

This is one of the hottest running LEDs I've ever used. Output light is very nice.Peaks at 660nm red which is produces heavy resin during flowering. I've used this light to for a full flower cycle and other than the hot air blowing from the front of the light it seems to be worth the money.

I bought two of these and after just a year both began to flicker quite badly. If you search the web you'll see that many who bought these had the same issue. After both calling and emailing "support" multiple times no one ever wrote or called me back. All the messages I left were friendly and to the point. What good is a 5 year warranty if the can't even answer their phones or reply to emails?The lights also have a much too tightly focused light pattern, to evenly light a 3x3 area they must be very high above the plants, in a grow tent there isn't enough height, all the light is concentrated in the center or the canopy while the periphery is dim. They seem to be made for high ceilings.

I live in Washington State and I use this light for Vegging my medicine... I have not used it to flower as I am using a HPS light for that, but the fact I can veg in the same closet with my flowering tent is awesome. No extra tubing to disperse heat and the with the adjustment knobs you can really dial in the spectrum you want (for advanced growers unlike myself). AND THIS THING HAS A % YEAR WARRANTY!!!

I purchased a similar light from one of LumiGrow's vendors that became defective (lights began blinking on and off sporadically) within a month of the purchase. The vendor said that it was under warranty (5 years) with LumiGrow and to contact them. I did. LumiGrow said that they would not send me a new one. They (Tammy, who was also very rude) wanted me to send the old one in and for me to wait a month or two until they repaired it. I have a garden full of food growing under this light in my greenhouse that I can't abandon (especially in the winter). This is some of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Luckily the vendor went ahead and sent me a new light and worked it out with LumiGrow themselves. LumiGrow is horrible! I will never buy another LumiGrow product.

I have dozens of these lights and they are great. A few have gone defective and getting customer service to excercise any customer service is frustrating. For three months we've been getting the runaround with well meaning people talking without doing anything. Great lights VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
