These bento boxed are fantastic. I use them daily and have had no issues with leaking out or leaking into other compartments. We are sure to handwash these to keep the seals in top condition which means they are a little bit of a pain to clean. The seal is so good that they can sometimes suction and be a little tough to open, especially for my 5 year old. I love the portion size on these which is perfect for both my kiddo, and for me in making correct portion sizes for my lunches. I get tons of compliments every time I use these. They are super adorable on top of being functional...definite WIN. Last but certainly not least, these are worth every penny. The big names are crazy expensive and I got 4 of these for the price of one of those.

Perfect size for my first graders lunch. She can easily open it herself, which was important. Color is cute and it's made well.

I almost returned it for leaking, until I found out that it need a special trick for leakproof. Push the center part of the lid down, so that the rubber is in the track. Otherwise, when you just close and snap the four snaps, they only put the edge part of the rubber in the track, not the center part, which will cause leaking! Once you do that, it is leakproof every time beautifully! I spent a weekend training my 5 year old to close and open it correctly. Yes, it is a little tricky to open too, because the leakproof will suck the lid tightly on the tray. I taught my boy to gently insert his spoon top into the seam and twist a little on each corner, it will break the suction and open. But I have tried several other brand, this one is the winner. It is so neat that I wish I go to school again(to use it) my boy enjoy seeing his meal through the clear little window on the lid every morning learning what he is going to have for lunch too. I do wish the tray is stainless steel and removable though. But this is still my favorite.

Fits perfectly into my daughters standard sized lunch box. Snapping is on all four sides is a little difficult for my 4 year old. Only downside in my opinion, is the rubber on the top side detached which makes it hard to snap into place and “leakproof”

This is a great box for adults, as well. Good visuals for portion control. A spot for fruit, a spot for veggies, a spot for a snack, and a spot for the main entree. The long section will hold a sandwich cut in halves without an issue. The small sections size-wise hold a handful of baby carrots, a handful of grapes, a peeled and sectioned mandarin, etc. Everything stays in its place and nothing has leaked or been an issue yet. Easy to open and close. 9/27/21 Update The middle of the lid has bowed and no amount of bending is getting it back into shape. This item has only ever been hand washed and never exposed to extreme heat or cold (just the fridge and my PackIt lunchbox--no microwave or freezer. The sections now leak, rendering the box useless for holding anything other than solid foods. Just be aware if you ever plan on sending any sort of dip, applesauce, etc. or having a "wet" meal in there like spaghetti. Naturally product support is not offered for this item.

I like the portions on these even as an adult. However they’re not at all leakproof and very warped. I use them for college (yes I use unicorn lunchbox’s for college) and the portions are enough for me for lunch. Especially because I don’t like my food touching. However the ends have never closed good even trying to push them down from the middle and working my way outward. I brought a drained pickle to have with lunch one time and I’ll never do that again it leaked all in my lunch box and into the other compartments making everything gross and soggy. Also the utensils are lame, and they don’t have anywhere to be but inside your food so if you do plan on buying these for yourself or your kids make sure to buy separate utensils or have a compartment for them in your lunch bag somewhere. I probably wouldn’t buy this again as it’s so poorly made in the seal area. I have also never put them in a dishwasher or microwave and have only hand washed them. I definitely will be on the hunt for something better for next semester. The only thing it’s got going for it is it’s cute. Wouldn’t recommend them.

This bento box was perfect the right size compartments and it has 4 snaps to seal everything in place.

My mom spends her days on the road.. and loves unicorns lol; so I got this for her as a better way to take bigger and better lunches with her everyday. It's sturdy, easy to clean, perfectly portioned, and has never leaked either into other compartments or outside the box as a whole. After a few months of use it's only gotten a very small amount of wear on the decal. She tells me she's gotten tons of compliments and reminds me almost daily how happy she is with her surprise.

Item arrived in good condition but when unpackaged the lunchbox inside the lid there appears to be a spiders nest? This is very concerning.

If you are comparing these to the other bento lunch boxes they don’t really stack up. Not very easy to open and the entire lid comes, which is not ideal for the smaller kids as it gets thrown around. Compartment sizes are good but cutlery is not great quality. Overall just ok.

Love these for my littles lunches, would recommend
