Good for class. Some chapters where turns around for try new version of the book but still had the same material as the new books.. good buy

Worked well for my metallurgy class even though it was the wrong edition.

I looked at my book store and they were selling this book for $80 used. I got the book early, and I saved $26!

I am giving this 5 stars just for this section. It is like a book of its own. A great companion to this book is ASM Vol 10: Metals Handbook, Failure Analysis and Prevention.
