Great battery.

I must first say that in the area of batteries (other then the typical AAA-D sizes), I am clueless. My son has a power wheel typed electric "dirt bike". After the charge on his original battery was lasting no more then 20 mins, I knew I had to do something. I matched up the numbers on the battery, read reviews & chose this one. It came pre charged & worked perfectly! Thank you for such an excellent & easy product.

The battery was mailed in a large envelope and didn't have the benefit of protective buffer from rough handling--I doubt the USPS would have approved of it had they known what was being shipped. To add to the less than desired shipment, I didn't recognize the brand name on the battery and there was no date of manufacture, so there's no way of knowing how old it really is. The price was good, but all considered, next time I will not order from this seller.

As has been otherwise noted, this unit is being shipped by stuffing it into an undersize USPS "Flat Rate" box with no padding or protection. Purchasers would be wise to check the product carefully for damage (cracks in case) or shop elsewhere.

Battery we ordered will not hold a charge. We ordered for a gate opener. It worked at first - noticed gate was moving slower and slower then finally it would not work. Husband checked it and recharged. Again it went down. He recharged and then took it to a place that could check it and it was determined that it will not hold a charge. When he charged it, it was at five. Twenty minutes later it was down to 2. Now what do we do? I checked for the AAA Security Depot shown on the package. There was a phone number but showed closed at this time. When checking , Better Business Bureau came up and their report shows that BBB does not endorse them due to many claims filed against them

I searched for an SLA7-12 battery, having gotten the number off the old one. I ordered the first battery that popped up. It is NOT an SLA7-12. It is 12 volts and 7 amps, but the dimensions are slightly different, and the terminals are wider. Fortunately, we were able to replace the terminal connectors, and it works. My advice is to verify the EXACT model number with your choice of merchant before ordering. A search of this model number results in a huge variety of batteries.

Battery was fresh and worked fine as a replacement for a portable air compressor. Have purchased from them before and will again as these batteries have a life of about 4-5 years, depending on how often they are charged.

I bought two batteries, one for me one for my parents. Theirs already failed. I can't send it back because I threw all the papers away. It is very disappointing. We use the battery in those moments when the electricity fails. Imagine our surprise the first time this happened and we had no working battery.
